At Wacky McLovin Prints, every item is crafted with care and made to order just for you. While we aim to deliver high-quality, one-of-a-kind creations, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected.
Returns
We currently do not accept returns on made-to-order or customized items unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please double-check item details, dimensions, and photos before placing your order. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll let you know once the refund is processed on our end.
