Returns
Each 3D print is made to order and hand-finished, so we do not accept general returns. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right —either with a replacement or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital STL files (non-refundable once downloaded)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Used or modified items
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if printing hasn’t started. After that, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
If a replacement print is needed for a damaged or misprinted item, we’ll ship a new one at no additional charge once verified.
