Processing Times
All items are made to order in our Oregon studio. Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after purchase. Large prints or custom requests may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within the United States using USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or UPS, depending on package size. Tracking numbers are provided once your order leaves our studio.
Delivery Estimates
- U.S. Domestic: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Canada & International: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and carrier service
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume seasons.
Packaging
Each product is carefully wrapped to protect your 3D print in transit. We use recycled or biodegradable packing materials whenever possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once shipped, carrier delivery times are beyond our control. If your tracking number shows no movement for 10+ days, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help investigate.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Local Pickup (Oregon only)
Local pickup may be available for select items. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
